There are oh so many. But i'll post one i've just come across now, and in hindsight seems so funny.
It's Jack to Teri at the beginning of the pilot episode
"It's only a briefing, I should be back within the hour"
Is that tempting fate or what!

yeah, you're right. No UNtruer words were ever spoken .
another one that hasn't been mentioned often but somehow has a similar quality to it
"..cause I've been trying to pick up a thread of my own... whether you're still sleeping with jack"
tony to nina, obviously, s1... in retrospect, a hard task, picking up a thread concerning nina, and oh how wrong he was to look in that direction and not another...
"Yeah, I didn't wanna believe Tony Almeida was a terrorist either, but at some point we just have to deal with the facts. Not with what we want to believe is true."
You need to start living in the real world! Because every second you help the government you're spittin' on Teri's grave!

I really like the lines which turn out to be prophetic. And when they are they can be very sad. Such as the following line of Mason's from the first episode of series two.
"Do me a favour, if i'm still here in a year, take me out to the wood shed and shoot me."

ouch.
I'd forgot about that one.
also another classic of his, "So what are you gonna do tomorrow?"... I'm sure that line and maybe the whole background noise monologue echoed in Michelle's head a few times thereafter...
man, I need a rewatch. could we call for one?

Hmm, I suppose we could. Probably be best if we waited until the end of s6.

Yeah definitely time for a rewatch my season one knowledge has got shockingly sketchy. The main guy what's he called... Jeff something...
"The water is unpalatable, to improve the taste we added Whiskey. By diligent effort I learned to like it." Winston Churchill

Okay, I think that be decided then, I'll perhaps come of with a schedule once s6 has finished.

The real world has been keeping me far too busy- although I shouldn't complain, and an actor with work is a happy actor. I keep popping my head round the door though to sure you're all behaving yourselves.

LOL. you making sure we behave ourselves
yeah I guess you're right, an actor with work is a very happy actor. I'm glad you have work :-). I should probably get going now, home, that is. the weather changed and my head is starting to hurt. I should actually take 400mg of some painkiller, that's what I'll do. and hope that by the time I get home things will be ok again

Just to get back on topic, how about:
"God forgive me" (season 3)
Very unlike Jack to voice what he is feeling.

I think that is perhaps one of the most chilling quotes from the series. It was such an unexpected line, and a great piece of character development, to see the toll it takes on Jack to take a colleagues life.

very good quote. sorry, smitten, I just had to delete the "may" in your quote, hope you forgive me . it was very unexpected and just those three words make you go, WOW.
quite possibly a candidate for the best scene ever

Hehe, there are so many great quotes but besides the one's I have in my sig, this came to my mind first:
"Sweetheart, if you promise not to cook, I will take you with me, anywhere."
Tony Almeida: Oh, rules apply to other people, but not to you, right Jack??
Tony Almeida: Well, uh... it's like this. Either fire me, or get out of my chair.

"Mr. President. It's been an honor."

Mason to Nina (season 1):
"Off the record, and just out of curiosity, what is so special about Jack Bauer?"
Ahh, it almost makes me weep.

rotfl, yeah that's a good one, too! makes me miss georgy the born cynic again
another george moment that makes me laugh is in a scene with tony, when george talks to tony about nina being involved with both him and jack, goes like, "she's with jack, she's with you. don't you think that is a distraction?"
Tony: "No. I don't"
G: "No, you don't, yeah well, I do"
just the way he said those words was so hillarious

Pretty much anything out of Mason's mouth was comedy gold. One of my favourites was.
"as usual I don't know wether to congratulate you or demand your resignation" [to jack - episode 24 season 1]

Tony: "You're wrong. I have your daughter, which means I'm in charge. Now if you so much as touch my wife, I will slit Jane's throat."
Ah, such intensity . One of my favorite Tony/Saunders conversations.
Almeida is God .

Yes, George was great, right until he snuffed it. Jack and George make a great team. I just noticed this one:
"I feel better now. Knowing my family are safe" (Jack to George)
Jack is so cute when he's talking about his feelings!

ive got loads of favorites!
episode 2 i think this was "Officer this guy is not waiting around for me so you had better shoot me or help me but decide now!"
"You put a gun to my head Jack and you pulled the trigger..."
"STEPHEN!!!!!!!!!"
"When your daughter is infected im going to make you watch her die..."
"The only reason you're still conscious is because I don't want to carry you"
Chloes lines are so funny!
Kim: You dont have to be sarcastic with me Chloe. this is someone i care about!
Chloe: Get a Grip!
ROFL!

You know, I don't remember that one, who is she talking about?
Another one I can't not mention, even though it's quoted so often:
I'm gonna need a hacksaw.
