Liverpool Sign Torres
Fernando Torres will sign tomorrow for what will be a club record fee of 26.5 million. Any Liverpool or Football fans have any thoughts or comments on this.
I had the same initial reaction as when Alan Shearer signed for newcastle for 15, all those years ago, which at the time was a world record. But he ended up being there best player for the (almost a) decade that he played for them. But at the time everyone thought newcastle had gone mad.
Thoughts?

My thought is simple: WONDERFUL signing.
The mans a genius and i think he'll suit the prem, and he's so young.
Just what Liverpool need.
Him and Dirk up front, i fore see many goals

Cisse and Bellamy will hopefully be sold to recoup what we've paid for Torres. Keep Crouch, he gives us some other options up front, plus Voronin, makes four.

This is really wierd! I had no idea you were Liverpool fans. I get Liverpool talk at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
You know the episode of Malcolm in the Middle where Lois dreams she had daughters instead of sons, and life is wonderful? That's the dream I was having today while my son was telling me all about the Torres signing.
And when I just can't take anymore Liverpool talk, I go chat on the internet. Clearly nowhere is safe

I don't know much about voronin either really, expect we got him on a free, but he has been scoring a fare amount of goals in the german league.
